The belt is close to trophy material as pointed out. The rest isnt really, and the build itself could see a lot of optimization tbh. Mix of odd choices, wasted rolls, low to medium rolls on some important parts.

who doesn't use a shaelshael diadem nowadays.
you can even go coa shaelshael for a fantastic 70% fhr

If you don´t need the 20% fc of the diadem, then this is a great solution for sure
