A rare ring can spawn with:
1-120 AR
1-20 Str
1-15 Dex
1-40 Life
1-11 all res
And 1 more prefix such as mana or single res.

You ring not only isn’t a good craft, it is just an average 5 mod rare roll, with rates being able to get 6 mods.

Rare > all melee rings.
Wish this had fcr - or this? haha

Crafted > rare for melee

Melee should be
1-120ar
1-25str
1-15 dex
1-60 life

9 rep & 1 to light for 15 more ar LOL.?

Minimum bonuses to AR and All Resistances (among others) are >1:

+10 to Attack Rating
+3 to Mana [+1 or +2 can only spawn if Item Level is either 1 or 2]
Cold/Lightning/Fire/Poison Resist +5%
All Resistances +3

I've crafted rings with 5% bonus to AR. 5 light radius. Is this a mod people would use?.

(S) ''of the Sun'' (5% Bonus to Attack Rating, +5 to Light Radius) is rarely desired, if at all.
