yes #1 on a ladder that has like 100 player is not a trophy, once ladder is finished your items will be garbage compared to #1 in no ladder.
Starting to wonder if your brain is not as good as this tiara tho since you miss my point everytime

let's follow your logic:
if you're the only player on the realm and drop a magic skull cap with 10% enhance defense, automatically it will be #1 skull cap dropped on realm.
this means this 10% enhanced defense skull cap is a trophy because nobody dropped a better one?
