in tvt i agree u, but there also wont help 40ias then if rly golem + bb/arach slow hit's u.
so basicly for the claw it dosnt change any if 40 or 30ias.
if the slow beats your speed u have too cover it anyway above head gear, however
it existed a 40ias claw, emo had it. sadly (8)
but even he says he would prefer mine. since he missed for the 10ias 1wb iirc ^^
when u nn the 10ias since it will cover nothing
