If you have fcr on your amulet you could go with 1 fcr ring + soj

You have only few items with all skill in classic, so you cant really sacrifice the soj for a fcr ring

On Hc would rather have FCR Life/Mana Res rings IMO

they just dont understand it kurt. you can only find +2 ammy from hell d or gambling

not like your x pac where they drop all the time.

I like this amy

i would change the stacked fr to be much higher and i think 5x life would be better than 4dr

so 7/10

personally i would use it on a ALL-VITA Blizz Sorc build with shard+mfist to get 63fcr

twich (PR if possible) + dualstack (LR+CR) 30/20/17 prizm (PD sox) defender + 24fhr tri-res (FR,CR,LR) life str sharkskinbelt to get the 60fhr bp and maxblock

boots would be Hots ofc and 2xSOJ + Tarn(PR sox if possible)

that would be a nice CS runner imo
