not entirely convinced on it.

the stats are fine, but lld doesn't necessarily need the resist.
for hld it's missing 25+strength as well as the 10life.


5/10. It's usable but lacks oomph. 60 life would and a 6th stat would give higher rating. Also doubt +4 is the highest rep you can get on a belt but i may be wrong.
