I do not try to discuss your build because, I dont know/care but items/builds have not changed in years.
it's as simple as bows always play with 1raven and 1sorb/dmg ring using the str from ring to wear body it can not be replaced by another ring like wisp for example.
not to mention 40LR oh yes it's very cool but kinda useless for the same reason.

stats are 9,5 probably but it's the kind of ring that only serves to show how beautiful it is in the trophy room.

maybe is ok for mele vs mele duele.
