Dex is low and you could have lr stack

It would be top with 19 dex and 38+ lr for sure... as it stands it's akin to a 19 dex, 39 life amu that u cant effectively swap over unless u for some reason have a collection of 13 dex amus

its a big shame, imo u need at least 19 dex on any vt amu if you go for the PB route

It's also got too much strength if you want to use bug tal with str bug...

BA without enigma isn't really a good idea, so it needs 20fcr if u go eni, so again bad.. and still, most people use PB with eni too, so still needs 19dex in that case.

I'd agree with above rating and give this a solid 7/10 providing u dont use enigma, dont use bug tal, and never need to swap amu
