His is not better its only little higher stats because str is more useful then dex, they are the 2 highest made imported stat helms, they are made differently to be properly proportionate for the char build type, they are the exact same goodness.

And for my char build the str is the best circ in the game for it, now if I went the max black route then the dex would be the better one for me.
