Hmm, just because you haven't thought of builds that could use str on a belt, doesn't mean there are none. Pretty silly to suggest that it is useless. Furthermore bugbelt doesn't exist on other realms, perhaps that is your reasoning for that statement? I'll give an example, this belt specifically is on a cs plague hybrid zon and she wields Shadow Dancers with 4.8k life, mass res, and max block. Utilizing Shadow Dancers means increased FHR, and a life boost of 75 while retaining 30 frw, not counting the gains from fhr if to be converted into a life ratio.

Alternatively more str means ease of use for greater ability in gear switching giving you a larger window for versatility in countering various scenarios.

No one asked to receive your lack of expertise in PvP. Continue hopping around with your cookie cutter builds being jealous of other players. Maybe that handicap unperm bugbelt will put you on par with pub level PvP. Although I doubt it~
