Pre Batch belts have very limited uses. I know it looks pretty but there are other considerations besides looking at your stat screen. what build would you put this on? what matchup would this work best for? There is a tiny window for using such belts @ MLD, and I would say the window for HLD is even smaller. thats why the posts above have not been great. The only reason i am wearing something similar is to "nerf" my character by not using string of ears, in order to balance a matchup.
as an item, its 10/10, but in terms of usefulness its 1/10 (due to it not being an optimal "vs all" item).
