at least its not completely useless. Some vllders will pay a couple fg for it until they find a real shield, a 3 affix shield is worth sticking a few subpar jewels in it for a half assed build
problem: VLLD is dead, and even when it was alive, it was the absolutely worst category of pay-to-win click and hold duels where there was simply no option to make some half assed chars and rely on skill to win like you could with a HLD caster
