I dont say this helm is garbage tho.
But knowing there are better ones (again.. with higher life and so) than this one, I will this rate lower than a similar ones with 20 more life.

I'm surprised none of the haters have mentioned the very bad defense roll when upgrading #2. Both still look great to me though.

there is no better one regarding effective defense. wich is clearly the thing that is aimed to be optimised with an eth selfrep elite barb helmet with bo and iron skin. 199ed but no shout is much lower def at the end. that def is usually rated higher than max 27life more.

there is no other one with higher or same def and shout with more life.

second one is best in its category too. i chose to hold these helmets too since no one ever offered me better stats. id choose lower strg base for second and fill them with 30 60 9 9 jools rather than ias jools^^

Imo this helm needs low str req to boost the str after 118 for storm and sa.

Ofc depends alot on build and if str bug is allowed.
Might be useful with stat ring/s stat amu .. Or 2x 30 10 9 9 in wep..
