Ignore them and report - do respond cuz its spam and can get you warned/suspended as well.

Report them directly to whichever authority if they dont stop.

however in your case it seems to be the trading grounds where the user is harssing you so i linked it directly to the trade moderator which is the appropriate staff group for that matter.
