It looks pretty decent, I'd give it a 7.5/10. :D ;) XD

Glad it has repair ability on it, pretty good stats. If only the resistance's were better! Either way nice item my friend.

maybe a character that can get high defense? this shield is not worthless, bad block base? Yes...needs higher resis? yes ...other good mods? yes

To bad its not a troll nest or ward...on a certain build, id prefer a rare over storm shield..if the stats are good

Get a old B arreats or a nice rare barb helm, would make a rare shield worth using for sure in defensive duels

i give it a 8/10

/edit also a good mld shield...and i know mld is 49> but there are 50's duelers
