would it be better to use Cham rune in Shako and use 2 bk rings?

No.

E/ you would need to swap your current ammy out for a crafted 2 Pal/20 fcr ammy.

why is that? im at 125% fcr right now. and i have max resists. 0 points into STR. What am I missing?

Life bonus from bk is not bo-able. Having life from 10 fcr amu will benefit u more in terms of having more life.
Id go for soj over bk as well for mana.

Build listed above is trash anyway tho
