What's strange is that you don't seem to have noticed that the rates from llders are always negative and the rates from people who don't lld are always positive.
A 7 rep barb with no frw/cr/lr is not going to do much in lld. You might be able to kill fury druids with it, that's about it.

I realize nobody uses teleport in europe (for some reason) so I guess having no fcr or fhr isn't as much of an issue.

Catching sorc and necro, tanking a fuckton of extra hits from cs, orb, hydra, ts, firewall, foh and some others. Soe/vmagi combo to reduce bad plague builds to 0 arrow damage.

They normally keep it in stash and use the 80lifer. And yes, babadin needs fhr vs sin.
