Definitely not a useless charge, that's what makes it so good....you can freeze people in duels.
Forces them to use a cannot be frozen useless item which hinders their builds.
Ruins their frw so you can land hits and hunt them down, very good stat.
nec and trap are the only 2 that would even effect, and really often people use this runeword called rhyme on those 2 characters. not to mention its going to last about 1/3 of a second for the freeze duration if they dont have cbf in some fashion.
i personally would love any barb who was willing to take the time to cast frost nova instead of ww'ing me after a telestomp on either of those chars. just means im not taking any ww damage from that stomp.
