There is an item importer who can roll legit ID copies of the same item on the realms at a price. That makes them while still "difficult" to obtain, unfortunately does ruins the "one of a kind-ness" of the item. Currently there is 1x known Doom Thirst on EU (Owned by Viperclaw) and 3x on USEAST owned by myself, Rick, and Zora. It is the #1 known cruels claw in existence after all.

LOL Decarnate and I came up with the build year and years ago; then I released a guide for it. Can't exactly call someone who designed the build who uses his own build a cookie cutter.
