I personally think 20fc > rare amulets, unless you are going with a non-tele build, if that were the case then a rare amulet can be cool, sadly this one is down on strength and misses the 6th mod (excess lightning res would be awesome).

Regardless it is still pretty good and I like the high life.

Title says " V/T Amulet " but why you are talking about V/C ?

Anyway it sucks. Smiter and V/T needs Fcr and for V/C even HL is better.

But bcoz you are Americano, i can't expect more...
