y, it needs 2 sockets to be any useful (4fpa wolf weapon). with only 1 socket a cheap botdBA is better than that

going from 5/5/5/5/9 to 4/4/4/4/7 is a ~26% increase in attack speed while going from 51DS to 91DS is also a 26% increase in damage (assuming your weapon damage stays the same), but you gain 80 on weapon ed and more cb/ow procs with the ias+ed jewels, so 2x40/15 is clearly superior in this case
