iirc, the regeneration mana should be 15 for perfect but its 14, so its almost close to perf but not yet so i rate it 4 star out of 5
next to this item contains a bunch of trash low tier runes which leaves me to believe you still physically hand-mf and collect trash to trade with other trash users in a 17(?) year old dead game. this upsets me so i give 0 star out of 5
there also appears to be unmatching grand charns on bottom of the useless low tier runes that is just so ugly the rate given here is 1 star out of 5
