my din reaches max block with SoP st build with no points invested , exile 69% block and with hoz ofc 75%

for hdin the res isnt as necessary, for v/t it 100% is, especially if you do any top vT vs vT dueling, which i did =P

spirit block only needs about 150 dex if i remember correctly , soul spurs raven dex fcr ring etc hit that easily , i believe my din had about 160~ with 4850-5k life (depending on setup)
