Also, if he's U.S. West or East, Mace Mast is useless because of Grief BA. This goes for either a BvC or a BvB.

If Europe, and AoW BvB, Mace.

Also, a +2/3 BO, 200% ED, 60 Life SG Vis w/ Eth/Rep does not compare to a 700+ Def Conqueror Crown Vis with the same exact stats.

As for the socket, there are a number of options. 30/60/9/9 not likely the best candidate, but, ofc, that too is debatable.

We could talk all day, but a 5 BO/200/60/ERep Slayer Guard Vis<Conq Vis for BvB, period, unless 2 OS SG, which is a different story.

Correct as far as the Arreat's Face helm, yes - only for BvB.

Regular 200/6 socketed w/ whatever you need most for BvC.

For a Magic Helm, yes.

For a Rare Barb Helm, however, no.

Yes, those helms definitely exist, in magical bases, not rare ones.
