Somewhat. Visionary is pretty useless for the most part - the AR bonus is garbage compared to what Paladins and Barbarians get and agreed that you don't ever need to chase characters with high defense.
However, I've had great success using an FRW circ with high base all resist and slapping a couple of high resist jewels inside if facing multiple sorcs or other non-physical characters and I use Enigma at all times on my DvA. It's very situational, but they can have their uses.
im not saying dont have frw, im saying dont get frw from circlet. you desync better if its from charms (and bugged eini and bugged boots via anni and torch). it is always a benefit to be 1/2 screen closer to a sorc then he thinks you are. especially if you are a shaper. bugged frw lets you do this.
