You should be using Coa on every char, which requires a lot of STR.
I can see what you guys mean in terms of versatility, I mean for a Druid/ Pala/ Barb this ring >
1x 60 life and 1x Ring like this is ideal.
Even for a MB sorc really, I don't ever do Vita.
Moral of the story is most character classes in the game get more than 2 life per vita, which means this ring is actually more versatile/ useful.
This ring type in particular STR\Dex\Life is better than Minimalstr/15dex/60 life
Yet again depends on build however, nobody is right and nobody is wrong, for me personally this is the best blood ring for my tastes.

ive seen 50+ on east sell over the past few years, exactly like yours +/- a few stat points
