nice jewels in that miliatry pick lol


anyway the scepter is missing eth repair and dmg to be usefull really, The combo of low dmg and the zeal/charge adds and socs and amp and ias is kinda sad


the only possible thing i could see using this is a high dmg lvl 18 smiter, but even then, crushflang is probably better
