Yeah he had to use soj to socket, I guess it's for cold damage when charging. For an amazing weapon like that it would seem to be missing something if it was not socketed. 10/10 @ items.

with fcr on scept i hit 48fcr bp with rings and mfists anyway so nn fcr on ammy
