obviously the sword is really good. kataklyamus is the only one on the realm with better as far as i know. i dont agree on your assessment of Zbug uniques (for instance, shaft zbugged gives a nice defence boost, nevermind the style factor), but this is a nice barb. The -requirements in the sword, allowing for the high life boost, really makes this build stand out for me.
I think your helmet could be better - i see you have ww skilled, so its effectively only a 3sox 90 life helmet with less requirements then arreats (correct me here alex). Dan I think has the barb helmet we all want - 2barb 3 bo 3 ww etc.

well the 1ww is still 8%ed 5% ar, so it's that much better than a plain 3sox 90life
with cube bo, any 3sock helm will beat any 2sock helm
and btw, afaik that helm you mean only has 1 sock
any 2sock helm beats any 1sock helm
