you can get 86 fhr WITHOUT the bloodfist so i dont see the sense really

i need bloodfists at least for when im using the 244 helm, thats most of the time.
also they are helpful when playing with the 5blizz staff, then i have no fhr from the shield.
mages are not needed in this build.
