Yes it has nice dmgs , but as said before the lack of ias is a BIG drawback

big drawback yes, but 9th frame is reachable, and because of the ridiculous damage, it makes up for the things you loose out on.

15ias from the sword, 20 from gloves, 20 from HL, 30 from black hades, 30 from 2os 5bo helm, 15 from ss to reach 9th frame, I would build a barb like that in a heartbeat

I would build it off a helm like this

You could also build it off a high def 2os visionary, which would be pretty cool. High AR with that damage would be DANGEROUS.
