Wow this helm is pretty amazing, I give it a 9.5/10.

The low rates must be from non-LLDers. Yes, I know there are a couple helms better, but this one is very nice.

Since it hasn't been upgraded, it has perfect base defense, and you can use level 26-30 jewels in it.

I like.
