you dont socket it with ias, you socket it with a damage jewel. it wont have enough ias for anything other then charge, which does not need any ias. and thats all you need. feel free to sell it to me if you dont know what to do with it or get bored of it.

Use a 30ed/15max jewel.

A good axe but ive seen two better ones I think so it gets a 9.
