7/10 not bad for MF

Boots are the most common item that will roll the stats most people would consider trophies. If these boots rolled 39-40 of the resists it would be great but one being 32 and 38 just makes it another pair of boots.

except it would be very easy to find better for your build. As common unique or sets are substantionally better than this such as:
Gore Riders
War Travs
Waterwalks
inferno stride
Aldurs
Horazon
shadow dancers
