in lod i sold similar one for 80k fg this season (yours better with extra 5%ed and 8max damage 71 ar on the base and its on d2r with more players playing should be a good chunk for it)
some1 told me that it needs a 15ias to hit the breakpoint so yeah 15ias/40ed that might be needed
