actually it clears all of hell, i 40/15 ias them and compared to ebotd its way better :)
The bonus is speed, and amp which cancels immunes to physical
Idk lots of haters, but I personally really like the first one, I have a better offhand but i posted that one because it was same name =/
60% ias noneth phase blade ebotd < eth fools 40% ias with 40/15% ias jewel
Grief is nice and all, but when your decrepified and slowed with frozen aura (chaos / baal runs) they arent necessarily the best
Personally, i'd prefer these two phase blades over dual grief, not only for style, but for breaking immunities and speed when slowed
Also these are now 40/15 ias for 55% ias and amp ... grief got nothin on this
Compared to grief
Mine = faster at 55% ias
Mine = breaks immunities
Mine = has ar wheras grief does not
Compared to ebotd
mine = wayyy more damage
mine = breaks immunities
mine = has ar wheras ebotd doess not

You know you can run beast and grief ? Thats a thing , its also the best possible option you can run, and if your worried about getting chilly, A singular Cham Rune in ur helm , sorts it all out .. not here to bark, but there is a reason bis is bis, and Yeah.. sure, you can get A legendary mallet , ba or so that beats grief , but Yeah.. those barely exist
