Honestly, I think dex is better. With enigma str is not rly needed on a ammy and dex allows you to wear a RT with little to no hard point inputs.

dex/res has never been an ideal affix combo


if in 102, there isnt really any reason to be using runic talons at all. so your justification for that is mute.

by far, the best combos for sin are:
life + rep
str + rep
str + life

agreed dex/res isnt an ideal combo, but isnt feral cruel / runic chaos the only way to hit 4fpa ww on a 102 ghost with cbf vs like a ele or sorc with sa

a ghost really only does 102 vs nec, of which you are using Burst of speed, of which you wont use runic talons due to burst of speed interaction with WW making it significantly easier to hit WW frames.

If you do decide to go 102. vs other chars, you can use runic off hand chaos and feral main hand eth rare claw to reach the required IAS frames. However, in those scenarios, you will be using dancers, which give you 85 dex. Then use 2x 15dex rings for an additional 30 dex. Which... viola... is 115 dex. Which magically is exactly the amount of dex you need to use runic talons. Regardless, most ghosts put some puts into dex anyway, so the need for dex on amulet is almost always near zero. The only time you can really consider dex on amulet is if using a str/dex ammy so that you can use life/rep rings or dex/life rings or dex/rep rings as to scale AR, life and/or life rep higher.

And if you are hybrid in 102, you should be using 2x Greater talons, making dex extremely easy to get as you only need 79. Which is easily covered by dancers.

regardless of all the different ways you slice it, dex/res is not an ideal affix combo and you wont be using a runic talon chaos in 102. and if you are, there are much better ways to get the dex you need to use them then from a dex/res ammy.
