i use simular jewel in my storm

all together/ this saves you the most stats/ more life

nice jewels to, dex is better to put in armor, if thats highest str req item/
especially when have lower str req visio

for me 9 str same effect as 9dex/ 9str isnt wasted leave me at 220str/ my rare sa 222 str
put it on arreats cuz 99% of visios on d2r wont beat it anyway or you must pay 15k usd / i stick to arreats
