Generally, if you have to ask if it’s trophy worthy…it’s probably not.
There are not many rare rings with LL that are a trophy. Probably not unless they are pre-patch LOD. Crafted with LL can be trophy but on a rare it’s really just a wasted mod.

Even if this had 18-20 str of 14-15 dex instead of LL, I still think the mana roll is too low. It’s use with that change of mods would be bvc and ghost/hybrid sin and they both require high mana rings. It would still only be a ~6/10.
