Literally not trolling. Phase blades are trash in d2r and the only one seeking them out is someone that doesn’t know what they are doing.
They were only good on LoD for wolf barbs for max ias bp and to a lessor extend wolf druids (fanged knife was better for druid) for max ias bp as well.
Due to changes in ias related to shapeshifting, phase blades and fanged knife are no longer needed for max ias bp. And since phase blade have such low damage compared to other bases, they have become unusable.
For reference, berserker axe has almost 50% more base damage than phase and can reach the same ias BPs.
Would be pretty dumb to cut your damage in half so you don’t have to use a couple of ias jewels or 20ias gloves instead of steelrends. Etc etc etc
