Still possible to get them by a legal way, it’s just extremely rare by rerolling a rare item. ;)

Can't get oak and fury at same time (nor any staff mods 4 tiers apart due to mutually exclusive ilvl ranges)

+3 oak would be possible on an imbue or pskul reroll with specfic clvls yes

Question - why is it this better than a 3fury meta?
