It can’t have Str or Dex as those are suffixes and this circlet already has 3 suffixes (life FCR and frw)

The only useful mods this cna have on top of what it already has are:
Mana
All resist
Single resist

2/30/20/2 os with life is very very good. Yes no 6th mod but this is still an easy 8.5+ from me, will sell for a shitload of fg.

I got teams of bots running 24/7 and i find an example of these every other ladder and many in between that have single sockets with same mods.

also items on d2r have deflated value. people have spent 100-200k fg for example and the char and gear is worth now 1/20th of input value.

if you wanna pay for that item @ 100k fg go for it i would never do that ever the value is just going to crash
