its the best MLD Cold Amulet in D2r and I did not see better in D2LOD (15str max for this level) except the pre-lod beauties from East/West. Me -> Mrhandsome 10/10 on that. This was picked from another platform.
The Orb is 2/20/3/3, with thunderstorm, with 100+ Mana. Yes its missing 2sox or could be 3/20/3/3/mass mana 2sox, therefore 9/10 on that. Where did you get this?
The Belt can be 10/24/60/5/40, so 5 life 2repl and 7mana off perfect - > 8.5/10 would be the lowest rate I could go
The Memory could have Blaze ? Maybe something to look for there ?

Overall I rate this character 9.7 / 10 with very few upgrades expected ever. The Memory and Belt and jewels I guess?
(do you have an image of the jewels before you put them in the coronet?)
Perfect jewels would be 9str 9dex 15 mana + add (res/repl life)
The old orb was bought 2 weeks after ladder launch for 1000fg and I sold it on to Mrhandsome some months later.
Mrhandsome also won the 25,000fg event last night with this character.
