this one is the only perfect magic ring i found with such stats, and i did gamble a lot, so for me it's a trophy find, like my etherial 50 mf wartravs for example(allthough both not usefull at all),
maybe i misunderstood this section, only for op items?
if a two variable ring counts as rare then I guess everyone's got their stash full of trophies
