This is actually wonderful for an lld kicker. Given the fact that dragon talons ar is RIDICULOUS. The 30% adds quite a bit more. Let em hate, for they are ignorant.

100% not false. My level 40 kicker has 19,000 without any charges and 25,000ish with tiger strike

This helm would turn that into something like 37,000 attack rating with dragon talon.

This helm would very minimally impact your AR given you already have a high % AR bonus.

D2 is additive. Not multiplicative.
