Virtually all All lvl 30 amulets need the following to be useful:
2skill tab or 1 class skill
10fcr
40+ life
60+mana

To be trophy it needs the above + the below:
7+ life rep or Str or Dex (1 of these suffixes)
All res or single res (1 or these prefixes)

Probably Top1 lld d2r amulet for sure.
