You are missing 40% Ias on it for Usage on barbarian.

Yep this one needed a total of 35% ias to be able to reach the last breakpoint. Either way...it's a pretty nice budget replacement and saved me a good 800 fg or so

Either way the item is good enough to not have to use BOTD as it's "good enough" although clearly not as good esp if one considers berserk/concentrate attack speed
