I am not a novice about nec circlet and I still own another trophy dunno https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=88895373&f=103

However, I love the above one and I wear it for PVM. It might also be the circlet of my necor's maxblock form.

For the stats, str 21 str is enough for a necro to wear an eth spirit. 16 all res is great. The extra 38 pr also helps a lot.

Could we say that it is the best PVM circlet so far ?
