Travs give stats and double the MF. Who unironically has trouble capping resistances in this game when torch + anni + res charms exist?

Plus, anybody who isn't a total mong is playing Hammerdin, which lets you wear a spirit that gives 285 total resistance. Resist on boots is trash.

sick boots. id use em on my csdin instantly and never put of. exept id find 30frw 9dex 35fr+ 25mf boots^^

hotspurs are for noobs. no need 90 fr for infector, 75 is big enough. rest is gameplay. better stack fr to gain good fr when conviction or lr on you.
