Interested to hear people's thoughts on this.

I have seen a similar one on east a few years ago with 20@/49LR but no PLR mod. Note 75%PLR isn't possible with these 6/6 mods AFAIK.

Fair comments. Best roll I've seen but it has limited use cases.

50 or 75 are both just 1 suffix each so yes it could roll 75.

75%prl is possible with that amount of mods.
only 13resall out of 20 possible
nn 30/20 on a vs caster shield
level req too high for any lld or mld play
only good mods here are 40life 2os and the 46lightres stacks

Thanks guys. We can all mutually agree this shield is crap, I shall reflect on whether to Charsi it or mule it so I can forget the pain.

/e for context I was using this on a particular lvl 59 char where it was a logical choice but appreciate the above analogies........
